I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with individual adults and couples. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Washington in 2000.

My background is in mental health services, hospice, cancer care, and mind body medicine. My Mind Body Therapy training includes Clinical Skills in Mind Body Medicine, at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and Mind-Body Medicine: The Professional Training Program, through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington, D.C.

Mind body techniques are a part of my personal self-care plan that includes meditation, tai chi, mindfulness, yoga, and guided imagery.

I continue to pursue my own professional development so that I can provide the highest level of service to my clients. I am currently receiving training in the area of Interpersonal Neurobiology and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I am a member of the Washington State Society for Clinical Social Work, the New York State Society for Clinical Social Work-Metropolitan Chapter, and the National Association of Social Workers.
